Dear TI,

I have two questions when using TPD8S300.

Question 1: Now We have two signals need to do 4-5V OVP, one is USB DM signal, the other is I2C signal. So could you suggest us how to connect these signals to TPD8S300?

Question 2: Whether OVP power can be set, so we can adjust the voltage to 4V. That is  our system will switch off when get 4V.

    Hello Derek,

    1. Figure 30 within the TPD8S300 datasheet shows a typical application circuit. There is not need to connect the I2C channels to the TPD8S300

    2. The OVP threshold cannot be configured and is set to a value of Vovpcc and Vovpsbu (values found in datasheet)
