I'm trying to document the TUSB8020BIPHP in a design, and I need to know what types of memory are used internally. Can someone provide the following information:
1) For each piece of memory used, please list the type of memory (list all. Flash, RAM, SRAM, EEPROM, etc...).
2) For each memory, please note if they are volatile or non-volatile?
3) For each memory, please list its size.
4) For each memory, please list its purpose (temporary storage, configuration, data packets, cache, etc...).
5) For each memory, is user data ever place into this memory? If yes, is any user data kept upon power cycle.
