SN75LBC175A: SN75LBC175ADR failure help

Part Number: SN75LBC175A

I have buy SN75LBC175ADR 2500pcs 20191022 from TI store.   When i use these parts to product, 485 Communication function is failure 100% Percentage. Then i  replace old parts that i buy from arrow.   The product communication function is normal after replacing parts.   this parts is PCN 2018.    the parts from Ti store show 75LBC175A((BAANJHM) 1843+.  the parts from arrow show 75LBC175A((87MF1KF G4) ,DC may be very old. can you help me check why arrow parts is ok and Ti new DC parts is  failure?  May be Pcn so failure? I need modify my PCB?  or other reasons?  urgent!  thanks! help me .
