What is the Junction temperature for this device: TPD4S009 / TPD4S010?. In thermal information, only appears junction to case, etc. and in absolute maximum ratings, only appears TA.

Hi Francisco,

Welcome to E2E!

By nature, the duration of an ESD strike is so short that it does not heat up the junction of the ESD device enough to damage it. The junction only heats up in DC events which don't happen for our ESD devices since during normal operation they should essentially be invisible to the system. Our ESD devices are not rated for DC events so they will not include a maximum junction temperature specification in the datasheet.
