Hi Team,

Customer has urgent project status that needs to quickly check functionality by flying wire AM3352 with DP83822EVM through RGMII on 2 exact same setup.

The communication btw 2 setup didn't succeed, so customer wants to quickly check with us if their connection looks ok or not?

Can customer flying wire like this for RGMII?

Any things to check?

Signal connections looks ok to me. However using blue wire is always challenging due to 25 MHz speed.

1) Can you provide me any register readback from AM3352 to verify if connection is good? Thx.

2) Customer found one of the EVM D4 LED is on, the other EVM D4 is off.

Could you help me understand what D4/ D5 on/off meaning? Thanks.

Hi Andrew,

Link-up status can be tested using register 0x01. Please refer to schematics to see the pins LEDs are mapped and functionality.
