I'd like to know about the output impedance.

The output impedance is specified as Rt in the datasheet.

Is the Rt(=15Ω) included the driver output impedance?
If not, how much resistance is it?

Yes, the driver output impedance is 15ohm.

I know 15Ω is typical value, but how much is the maximum?
I want to know how much it changes.
Of course, I understand that it is a reference value.

I am sorry , we don't have the max and min value for this parameter.

It only test the typical value.
