TS3USB3200: OPN differences

Part Number: TS3USB3200

Team, 

What is the difference between TS3USB32008RSVR and TS3USB3200RSVR. Can't find it in the documentation we have. 

The only difference I found is top side marking, and I am not sure what it signifies.
