TS3USB30E: Internal Connection Between D1+/D1-/D2+/D2- and Vcc

Part Number: TS3USB30E
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TS3USB30

Hi Team,

What's the internal connection between D1+/D1-/D2+/D2- and Vcc?

The test shows that there is power-off protection(https://e2e.ti.com/support/switches-multiplexers/f/388/t/658358) betwen D+/D- and Vcc. However, when Vcc is floating, if there is 3.3V PWM signal on D1+, the measured waveform shows that the voltage on Vcc and D+ is 500mV lower than D1+, it seems that there is diode connected between D1+ and Vcc. My questions are:

1. Could you please help confirm the internal connection between D1+/D1-/D2+/D2- and Vcc?

2. If the internal connection between D1+/D1-/D2+/D2- and Vcc is diode, is there any other pin-to-pin(UQFN) two channels 1:2 MUX which also  power-off protection between all the input/output pins and Vcc?

Thanks and Best Regards!
