Hi,

We are considering a circuit that converts DVI to LVDS.
Then, Customer read the following TI document and plan the structure of the attached image.

Against this background, Customer is going to perform pre-evaluation and verification using the following EVM.
・TFP401PZPEVM：https://www.ti.com/tool/TFP401PZPEVM
・SN65LVDS93B：Non EVM

１．Could you tell me SN65LVDS93B EVM that could be used for pre-evaluation?
２．Could you introduce the connector and bridge board for connecting TFP401A EVM and SN65LVDS93B?

Hi Yusuke-san,

Unfortunately, we do not have the SN65LVDS93B EVM. I need to check if the LVDS83BTSSOPEVM can be used for in place of SN65LVDS93B. I also need to investigate if you can use the DVI to LVDS converter.

Could you provide details including LVDS83BTSSOPEVM using with SN65LVDS93B.

Hi Yusuke-san,

Unfortunately, there is no EVM available for SN65LVDS93B; however, it looks like the DS90C385A has the same pin out and package type DGG. You can order the DS90C385A EVM and replace it with SN65LVDS93B.

DS90C385A EVM:

Regarding the DVI to LVDS converter using TFP401A, you can bridge them together with SN65LVDS93B.
