    Thank you for your question.

    We may not be able to provide an official Tjmax spec. Tj max is not very valuable to ESD protection because the nature of ESD strike lasts on the timescale of us. This device has a rating for max ambient temp and a pulsed power rating which wont exceed the tj limit for the silicon in the short timescale. By nature of the device, it is not designed to operate in DC conditions which is why max power is specced for the same reason that power is specced in zeners, so Tjmax spec doesn't make much sense for this application.
