Is it okay to apply a voltage in the recommended operating conditions to the high-speed pins when no voltage is applied to VCC?
The same question is asked for HD3SS3412.

these high speed IOs are not failsafe, so it's not recommend to do that.

Hi,

It is not recommended to apply voltage when VCC is not applied as the pins of HD3SS3212 are not fail safe.
