When GRSTz is low, What is the state of USB_DP_UP/USB_DM_UP ? (Hi-z or Hi or low)

The USB_DP / USB_DM will be hi-z during reset. Please note that the hub will be unconfigured during reset and will not be in a low power mode, it is not recommended to hold the hub in reset if power consumption is a concern.
