I output 3G-SDI from a xilinx kintex lutrascale transceiver and input it to LMH0303. I'm thinking of driving with LMH0303.

I'm thinking of AC-coupled the interface with LMH0303 at 4.7uF, is that OK?

Greetings Hiroshi-San,

Yes AC coupling with 4.7uF is preferred. Please refer to the figure 5 of the data sheet. AC coupling Caps need be before two 49.9-ohm resistors with 0.1uF Cap center tap.

Also, please follow figure 8 of the data sheet with respect to the pcb layout guidelines.
