I found an IBIS-AMI model for the TLK10232 in another forum post from a few years ago:
Can someone confirm that this model includes integrated termination resistance on the LS and HS differential receiver inputs? Based on the data sheet description of the HS receiver, there should be a 100 ohm differential termination with a weak center tap to a termination voltage. I don't see the termination resistor in the .ibs file for the RX model.
However, maybe the termination is include as part of the return loss s-parameter files. Looking at this data and converting the return loss and angle to a equivalent impedance has the real part come out very close to 50 ohms. The User Guide instructs to place one of the return loss blocks right at the input to the RX block, so this makes sense. Please confirm if this is correct.
