TIOS101: PSpice model of TIOS101x

Dear team, 

Happy new year!!! 

My customer want to get PSpice model of TIOS101x. Is there PSpice model of TIOS101x? 

If there is no model for PSpice, Is it possible to make PSpice model for TIOS101x?

    Dino,

    We do not have a PSpice model available for this device, but we are working on putting together a plan to start developing PSpice models more efficiently as a group. We do have an IBIS model, and though I know they aren't the same, would the customer be able to use this while we develop PSpice models?

    Do you mean there is plan of developing PSpice models for TIOS101x? 

    If yes, would you please let me know time schedule? I already informed customer regarding IBIS model but I got a feedback the IBIS model is not enough so they need PSpice model.
