The device is reading and retransmitting a 6G signal from the IN+/IN- lines and is configured to dual transmit the signal on both SDI_IO(+/-) along with SDI_OUT(+/-) pins.
We are monitoring a 6G SDI signal (output from SDI_OUT) with an Omnitek 4k tool box and the device is capturing the amplitude is 980 mV when 800mV is the SDI spec, the datasheet says by default the amplitudes are configured for a nominal 800mV. I've left the amplitude registers at their default values, is there a known issue where I need to adjust the amplitude values down to bring the signal back within spec?
The coax cable from the SDI output and into the monitor is ~1 ft
