Also, I can't install "tusb926x-flashburner-0.1.2_i386.deb" even if I enable i386 packages:

Unfortunately we no longer provide such support for the Linux version of the TUSB9261 flashburner. What version of Linux are you using?

I recommend using a windows machine to get the initial FW bin or hex file generated with the flashburner found at the link below. Then use that file for any automation that may be implemented.

My linux version is an Ubuntu 18.04 LTS aarch64 with the 4.9 kernel on an embedded system (ARM).

Then I can't use windows, have you another idea ?

Are you simply trying to build default FW bin or hex file to flash the connected SPI EEPROM? Are you able to use an external SPI master in this application?

I'm just trying to build TUSB9260_FlashBurner.cpp to have TUSB926x Linux EEPROM Burner application on my ARM device. Please, that will help if you could provide the latest version of this app (.deb or sources) because lot of used library are deprecated. the latest version of eBurner.c/h would be nice too.

I have sent what I have, this should be the latest available. As I mentioned we no longer provide such support for the Linux version of the TUSB9261 flashburner but I will try to support as best I can.

It looks like I have the exact same request. 
I was trying to write one from scratch based on some details in the windows burner user guide and common sense but it seems faster to request what you have as a starting point.
