Is there any requirement on input signal quality for DS125BR820? for example, the size of eye opening, etc.

    Hi Sato-San, 

    There is not a requirement as you noted. Note DS125BR820 is a linear redriver that allows signal training to go through. In other words, BR820 is a high speed analog buffer with some gain. It is highly recommended to use IBIS-AMI model of the device along with system transmission media to do some system modeling to make sure device meets the overall system signal integrity.
