The customer wants to divide the HDMI signal 1: 2.
They are considering the TS3DV621 for HDMI 1.4b. Is there any other IC that supports it?

Besides TS3DV621, you can also take a look at TS3DV642 or HD3SS215, both can support up to HDMI2.0.

Is there a specific requirement they are looking for?

Unfortunately we do not have a reference schematic for the TS3DV621. But you can use the TS3DV642 EVM schematic as a reference and I can review your design.
