Please advise me on PCI express compliance test.
A PCI express daughter card, which uses XIO2000AZAV, is connected to the
CBB3 (PCI express Compliance test base board Rev3). When the CBB3 board
is powered on, no TX test pattern Comes out from the XIO2000AZAV.
I anticipate that TX test pattern comes out from the XIO2000AZAV, as long as
TX lanes are terminated with 50 ohm resisters to GND.
Because another daughter card, which uses XIO2000AZZZ (Different package option),
outputs TX test pattern under the exact same test set up.
Question: Can you advise me on the check points to make the device in proper conditions.
The daughter card, which does not output the TX test pattern on CBB3, can communicate
to a host computer (Root complex) without any problem.
