Hello Team,
My customer is using DS92LV2421 and DS92LV2422 with BISTEN pins to perform Built in self test on the serial link. Data sheet figure 32 shows a delay between BISTEN to the Serializer and BISTEN to Deserializer. How big should the delay be between these 2 signals?
They tied the same BISTEN signal to both the serializer and deserializer. Will this automatically generate errors at the start of the test patterns? Can Ithey work around this by waiting to enable the Deserializer with the PDB pin later?
