What are VCCP,Vccx, Vccx_GH?

I can't find these in datasheet.

Could you tell me about these?

Hi Higa,

I believe this is just a generic table that was used for multiple devices that have a power on reset. There are some devices that have multiple VCCs so that is why the VCCx would be used.

I'll double check that for this device it should just be VCC, and VCC_GH.
