At this time, we do not have any SuperSpeed short-to-VBUS protection. I don't believe this type of device is available in the semiconductor market (i'm not aware of one as of yet). Most of our customers care more about the CC protection to VBUS. Some of the legacy cables (Type-C to Type-A), CC is pulled up to VBUS and this can cause potential damage if the cable doesn't have the correct pullup/pulldown resistance. In that case, the TPDxS300 helps protect against this type of situation as well.
