I downloaded the link and tried to open it in Altium but I don't know how to extract the PCB foot print component ?

The footprint is a part of the component. First you have to make the library apart of your project. Then put the part in your schematic and then import changes to your PCB file.

If it is not working for you I will send you the .pcblib file which is just the pcb footprint and not the schematic symbol.

I have tried to get the PCB footprint and it still didn't work - can you please send me the *.pcblib file
