Hello Kuramochi,

Normally RESET AND PHY_RESET are kept separately with a pull-down each.
Did the customer has included a pulldowns? Could the customer provide a schematic?

I apologize lack of information.

My  customer is corresponding by reset ([PHY_RESETN]=[RESETN]=Low in an moment).

Maybe, they control these pin by μC.

Is there any problem above reset ?

And do you know the cause of this phenomenon in Win10?

Hi Kuramochi,

Normally both reset are handled separately. Please confirm that those signals are tied to a pulldown. The customer could connect one of those RESETs to VCC and control de other one trough by the uC.

Finally please share the customer's schematics.
