DP83867IRPAPT High Immunity 10/100/1000 1.8V - VIL issue

 DC analysis of DP83867IRPAPT High Immunity 10/100/1000 Ethernet Physical Layer Transceiver and ZYNQ XC7Z030-1FBG676I.

But we found DC analysis error between them, please go through it and let us know any solutions or we can go ahead with design.

Zynq VoL is 450mV and PHY Vil is 360 mV.

1. Is it compatible ?

2. If it is no issue, PHY is under go  temperature test at -45 deg C to + 85 deg C, will support the same?

    Hi Veeranarayanan,

    1. Yes they are compatible. The DP83867 can support Vil up to 0.45V.
    a. The DC spec issue mainly arises from how Xilinx specs the driver at guaranteed iol = 8mA. Xilinx suggests using IBIS models to determine what actual Vol will be. See a related thread: forums.xilinx.com/.../427880

    2. Yes the the Vil will be 0.45V across the operating temperature range: -40C to 85C
