SN75DP139 measurement issue

Hello,

R502 and R504 resistor is pull high by 5V on schematics. But after these resistor, we measured voltage is around 4 V as below table. What is the root cause of issue? Please help advice it. Thank you.

Is this issue happening only with one device?, could you verify the actual voltage on the +5V_ALW node.
