Bottom side part marking question - Can you tell me what these markings mean?

Hello, I'm new here so if I'm posting this in the wrong forum, please tell me where to go!  :-)

I'm using AM26LV31IDR and have noticed the parts have different numbers on the bottom side.

Can anyone tell me what these numbers mean?

    That appears to be the Lot Trace Code information:
    (4) There may be additional marking, which relates to the logo, the lot trace code information, or the environmental category on the device

    NJ,

    It identifies the Mold die, mold chase and cavity number used on the Mold Press machine.

    Cavity Codification
    Sample: 07D06
    07= # ID Mold Die
    D = Mold Chase
    06 = Cavity position

    In other words the numbers aren't useful unless mold press wasn't right. Then we would know where to look.
