DS90UB934-Q1: DS90UB934 has no SYNC out

I used ds90ub934 deserializer to deseria the camera(OV10635+DS90UB913)。all i2c communication is ok,and D2-D9 of ds90ub934 have got datas,but HSYNC and VSYNC keeps low.(HSYNC\VSYNC of ds90ub913 is ok ).How do i check my design?

Hello,
To verify the VSYNC and HSYNC on the deserializer side, you can set the frame rate and vertical line count and measure the frame rate on the scope and also count all the vertical lines by using the delay feature on the scope.
You can also output them via the backchannel using the GPIO's to verify. Please refer to the DS90UB934 datasheet section 7.4.6.4 on FrameSync operation.

Thank you for your reply,I tried to set up the TI934 & TI913 work in 12-bit LF mode,The signal of HSYNC/VSYNC are ok.But the ov10635's pclk is 96MHz and output 10-bit YUV,so I need to set TI913 & TI934 work in 10-bit raw mode,in 10-bit raw mode TI913 has normal HSYNC/VSYNC,however TI934 havs no HSYNC/VSYNC(PCLK and RXOUT0-RXOUT9 are all fine)。

pls help capture the waveforms of UB913a's HS/VS signals and UB934's HS/VS signals in one page, thanks.
btw, pls check the HS/VS pins's schematic in UB934 side.

there is no HS/VS on UB934.UB913A's HS/VS meet 720P@30fps timing!

it is NOT on timing issue. UB933/934 is one bridge to convert the parallel inputs (including data and HS/VS pins, they are same for UB933/934, you can exchange the order) to serializer and back to parallel output in the de-ser side. so pls check the HS/VS signals in UB933 side and capture the HS/VS in UB934 pin as well, does it have valid data in HS/VS of UB933? as you must know, some video signals has no hs/vs which can be embedded inside the data.

Yes, I think so as well. for such issue, it is much more likely the hardware design issue not chip level issue.
