TPS65987D: USB Type-C Authentication and USB PD Firmware Update

TPS65986 doesn't support none of these specs as it's not a PD3.0 device.

TPS65987D supports PD3.0 and extended messages which can be used to implement both the authentication and FW update specifications. However there's an external controller required to execute the logic as 87D only provides the messaging layer but the messages to be send should come from outside the 87D.
