TFP410: Two slightly different lead frames in the same tray

Hi,

I observed the two types of lead-frames for part# TFP410PAP in the same tray as follows: Is that normal? And does it affect the electrical characteristics?

We believe these are for mold compound flow structures and are unrelated to the device's electrical characteristics, but I will confirm with the appropriate people and get back to you.
