DS90UB914A-Q1: 914A does not work properly and I2C does not work properly.

Part Number: DS90UB914A-Q1

M1_0605-1 is a drawing of 913A M2_060606_2 is a drawing of 914A.         I coaxially connected 913A and 914A PCBs. The schematic diagram of two PCB boards is as follows: Annex 913A is M1_0605 914A is M2_0605.          913A is currently powered by an external crystal oscillator with a R11 4.7K resistor. The 48M crystal oscillator outside U12 is affixed. PCLK uses an external crystal to mount the 32M U17. At present, 913A has output as shown in the figure.           The current patch mode of 914A is 10bit. MODE patch, which is R1 11K OSS_SB OEN SEL. All three signals are elevated. BISTEN pulls directly to the ground. PDN is high level.          At present, PCLK output has no signal, LOCK is low, 0.57V. PASS level is 0.38V. According to the document, the low level of LOCK indicates that 914A did not receive the signal from 913A correctly.         The ID is configured to be 40 R41 with 0 ohms. I2C configuration address. 0x60 failed to read.            Would you like to ask me if there is something wrong with the hardware?
