I am looking for TINA-TI or SPICE models for the SN65HVD30. When I go to the product page and the Design & Dev tab, the TINA link directs me to the TINA program download.

    Alpha,

    Unfortunately spice models are not available for this device. Based on the characteristics of the transceivers, TI (and other semiconductor companies) normally provides IBIS models for the RS-485 devices. IBIS a behavioral model that describes the electrical characteristics of I/O through V/I and V/T data without disclosing internal information, which is suited for accurate signal integrity analysis.
