USB to SPI conversion

Hello, 

 

I'm working on a project where the intention is to program a SPI EEPROM through a USB port. I can use the TUSB3410, but if I do that, I'll need another device to convert the RS-232 protocol to SPI protocol. 

So, I would like to know if there is a device similar to TUSB3410, but that already convert the USB to SPI protocol.
