Hi Kuo,

MCP2551 supports a common mode range of +/- 12 V, although it is only compliant to the CAN standard across a +/- 7 V range. Either TCAN1042 or TCAN1051 would be good replacements as long as the slope control function is not needed. (I mention TCAN1042 since it's standby mode is more similar to MCP2551's standby mode.) If slope control is needed, choose HVD251.
