SN65DSI84-Q1: SN65DSI84-Q1 LP11 state

Hi Team,

I have a question about SN65DSI84-Q1.
Although it states that LP11 state is required in table 2 of datasheet p.15, is it possible to lock the PLL without doing this?
Is there a possibility that the PLL will be locked without the LP11 state?

Hi Ishiwata-san,

Yes, but the initialization sequence is required for correct operation of this device. Please follow it as listed in the datasheet.

Does not the PLL monitor LP 11 state?
When using DSI CLK, what does the PLL Lock monitor?

The PLL monitors the DSI CLK if the DSI CLK is used to generate the LVDS CLK. Note that the DSI CLK is required to always be in HS mode, as stated by the initialization sequence.
