Regrding tsip and emac interface

Where does e1 data(Ethernet Packets) land on dsp(TMS320TCI6486) whether on Tsip interface or Emac interface?What is the exact difference between EMAC and TSIP?

Hi Madhuri,

TSIP interface connects directly to TEMUX (T1-E1 Mux Device) devices. You can find more details in the TMS320C6472/TMS320TCI6486 DSP Telecom Serial Interface Port (TSIP) User's guide at:

EMAC and TSIP are two separate interfaces. You can read about their purpose and functions in corresponding user's guides:
