I have a brief question about the SN65DPHY440SS, can it also be used together with an image sensor and a CPU, which each have a DPHY with the specification 1.2?

The DPHY440 is only DPHY1.1 compliant. The image sensor and the CPU is DPHY1.2, but should be backward compatible with DPHY1.1, and then have to run at DPHY1.1 in order to use the DPHY440.
