Can you help me to figure out the min and max value of internal pull-down resistor on LVCMOS?

Hi Jason,

My customer would like to control these pins from external micro controller with internal pull-up.

(Not push-pull type, open-drain type.)

In order to set proper logic high, customer needs to know min/max value of internal pull-down.

(They already checked min/max value of internal pull-up of micro controller.)

Hi Ken,

The VIN current is specified in the DC specs table as +/-10uA. This can be used to calculate the needed pull-up resistor. In general, 10k should be more than sufficient.
