Hi,

Could you tell me about SN65LVCP1414 thermal pad size?
Customer want to know the size of the thermal pad.
However, the data sheet does not describe it.
Could you give me your advice?

Hi Yusuke-san,

This part is supported by our sister High-Speed Interface group in Dallas, but I was able to find the thermal pad parameters for this package. Please view the attached. The parameters are 4.1mm x 2.1mm (with 10% tolerance).
