NSC USB NANO driver for SD1983EVK Evaluation Kit

thanks for your reply. Unfortunetly it doesn't work because there is no C:\Program Files (x86)\Texas Instruments\Analog LaunchPAD v1.55.0010\Drivers\nscnano folder. In the Drivers folder, I can find :

I followed your instructions and downloaded the driver from the Cypress web site but there is still no NSC USB NANO driver founded by Windows 7 in the driver folder. I used the links :

When you connect USB to the evaluation board under win7 device manager you should be able to see either unknown device or this could be under "other devices". Connect and disconnect the USB cable that goes to the evaluation  board and in device manager you would see it blink. You can update the driver for "un-known device" in win7 device manager.

Hi,

finally I succeed to install the driver by selecting the manufacturer Cypress and the \Win7\x64\cyusb3.inf file. It appears in the Win 7 device manager as a "Billboard Bridge Vendor MFG" device. In the Analog LaunchPad software, I can see it as ALP Nano USB 1.

This is good discussion that help same issue on my setup.
I would add few more information for other engineers.

For my case (Win7/32bit), the inf file is stored under "Win7/x86".
You need to select right one based on your OS (Win ?, 32bit or 64bit.)
