Hi,

recently I bought a set of DS90UB953-Q1EVM and DS90UB954-Q1EVM boards and I trying to set them up. The current ALP version v1.56.0010 did not include the profiles, but I found them here in the forums. Now I have the two boards linked an locked. Unfortunately some bits are still missing: The scripst to initialize the sensor included in the kit.

Thus I'm kindly asking to provide the two scripts p954_A0_RX0_CSI_Enable.py and ovt_1920_1080_REMOTE.py. Thank you very much in advance for your support!

Hi Sebastian,

The p954_A0_RX0_CSI_Enable.py script is no longer needed, but I will send you the sensor initialization script.

Hi Zoe,

thank you very much for the quick support and the script. It works, however, the ALP seems to be a bit unstable. It crashes frequently in this setup. I will evalute in detail and may come back with further questions :-)

Hi,

finally the system is running fine. Two minor issues had to be resolved:

(1) Remove the two lines lines starting with "***" at the beginning of the provided script (or mark them as comment)
(2) Put a jumper on J23 (I2C address) of the Deserializer Kit. According to the documentation this is the default, however this jumper was missing on my kit. Now the real I2C address matches the one in the script.

I am also trying to set up the eval system with the daughter Card DC1. Like Sebastian I found the two profiles for the 953/954 here in the Forum.
