Part Number: ISO7721

Hi team,

I'd like to know about the output current.

Its Absolute Maximum Ratings is 15mA for output current.
My customer instantly reaches 30mA(at 100nsec).
Is this acceptable?
If you can't, please tell me the solution.

VCC : 5V

    Hi Kengo-san,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    15mA of output peak current is the absolute maximum rating of output channels of ISO7721. Any current >15mA will not be supported. One of the simple solutions to meet such a requirement is to use a logic buffer at the output of ISO7721. I hope this answers your question, thanks.
