I'm developing new product with ISOW7841q.

I want know the frequency.

First, the switching frequency on DC-DC converter part. (Transformer Drive)

Second, Carrier signal through isolation barrier of the below picture.

The DC-DC converter in ISOW7841A-Q1 switches at around 60MHz.

The frequency of carrier signal used for data transfer is about 450MHz.

If an automotive qualified device is not a requirement and an industrial grade device is sufficient, then we have our second generation device from the ISOW family, the ISOW7741, that offers significantly better performance.
