Thank you for posting to the internal forums! This device's IBIS model can be found in the "Design Tools & Development" section of its product page on TI.com as shown below or through this link:
IBIS models can be used to model I/O behavior and characteristics -- we do not have PSpice models available for this device. Please let us know if there are any additional questions.
