Please use the reliability estimator from the link below to find out MTBF, FIT, confidence level, sample size and number of failures.

Once these values are found, please use the data (number of failures, confidence level and sample size) to estimate DPPM at the link below. Please see below screenshot showing DPPM value for SN6501DBVR as 15.96. Similarly, follow the same steps to find DPPM for SN6501-Q1 which actually matches the same as SN6501. Thanks.
