ISO7742: differences in specification between ISO7742 (IND) and ISO7742-Q1 (AUTO)?

Part Number: ISO7742

Team,

1) Is there any differences in term of electrical specs between the ISO77x (IND) and ISO77xx-Q1 (AUTO)?
Or is the only difference the additional automotive specifics tests (AEC-Q100 and associated temp range)?

What is of high importance for this application are the CMT performances.
Are they equals for both IND/AUTO devices?

2) Do we have a summary of the differences (both electrical specs and isolation specs) between ISO67xx and ISO77xx?

Thanks in advance,

A.

  • Hi AnBer,

Thanks for reaching out, please see my inputs below.

    1) Is there any differences in term of electrical specs between the ISO77x (IND) and ISO77xx-Q1 (AUTO)?

Yes, the primary difference between the industrial grade and automotive grade parts is the AEC-Q100 specific testing and qualification and the temperature range. Other than these, we do not expect any major differences in electrical specifications.

What is of high importance for this application are the CMT performances.
Are they equals for both IND/AUTO devices?

Yes, CMTI rating is the same for both industrial and automotive grade devices.

    2) Do we have a summary of the differences (both electrical specs and isolation specs) between ISO67xx and ISO77xx?

Please find below the parametric comparison table between ISO77xx and ISO67xx. Thanks.
