Part Number: ISO1176
Hi,
I would like to make sure that my chip is an original TI part.
What do the following labels on the chip mean?
(LOGO) 93CPVKT
ISO1176
G4
Thanks for the help!
Andi

Hi Andi,
Thank you for posting, and welcome to E2E!
The letters on each TI IC are standard markings to help TI and customers identify devices and some assembly tracking information. For ISO1176, the "93-" markings indicate the Year and Month of assembly, being 2019 (or 2009, or 1999....) and March respectively.
The following characters, "CPVKT," are for TI's internal tracking of the device. ISO1176 denotes the part number, and "G4" signifies an NiPdAu finish on the component and use of a “green” mold compound.
These markings align with a valid TI part and trace code, however, counterfeit devices can have markings and labels that resemble those on authentic TI products. Please contact TI's Customer Support Center or visit TI's Anti-counterfeit webpage if you suspect that your device or devices are counterfeit.
Thank you,
Manuel Chavez
