ISO3082: Difference between the G4 and none G4 devices?

Hello!

The ISO3082DW can be ordered as ISO3082DW and ISO3082DWG4.

What is the difference between both? There are no detailed informations in the datasheet regarding the G4.

Thank you for reaching out to us!

A ‘G4’ indicating that the package is Pb-Free, is built with a “Green” mold compound (Br and Sb Free) and employs a NiPdAu pre-plated lead finish.
