ISO7763-Q1: EP Part

Hi,

In Collins Aerospace we are developing a few products in which we require to use large amount of general purpose digital Isolators. As in aerospace we generally deal within the temperature range of -55°C to 150°C but IC ISO7763-Q1  is only designed for the range of -40°C to 125°C.

Does TI have any plans to release the EP part of IC ISO7763-Q1?

    Hi Mahtab,

    Welcome to TI E2E forum!

    Currently we do not have any EP parts for digital isolators supporting a temperature range of -55C to 125C. We do have an automotive Grade 0 part, ISO7741E-Q1, which supports a temperature range of -40C to 150C.
